You may return new, unopened DVDs sold and fulfilled by MovingPictureBooks.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds of 50% will be issued for the following items:
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after deliveryIn general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from MovingPictureBooks.com is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. Please email customer service support@movingpicturebooks.com for assistance.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email customer service support@movingpicturebooks.com for immediate assistance.
